I would think some large nuts and bolts would make more noise as well as be a bit heavier on the balls.
I would love to be the guinea pig to test how much weight I could take and how much noise they could make.

First thing is that I would instantly get fully erect, then I would start following the instructions. Clothing folded and put away nicely, blindfolded, cuffed, and waiting impatiently. I would be so excited but nervous the entire time I would be waiting.
