When hushpuppy1980 got a little lazy, I came up with a nice forced workout to whip him back into shape.  But a lazy boy should be punished for being lazy in the first place, right?  So of course, I had to make this a bit more than a typical workout.

Make sure blindfolded boy is naked (including barefoot) ✓

Use Adjustable Darby Style Handcuffs to cuff boy’s hands behind his back ✓

Put leather cuffs on boy’s ankles ✓

Pour some uncooked rice in plastic bags, and place in boy’s shoes ✓

Put boy’s rice-filled shoes on his bare feet (to make sure he’s not too comfortable, this is a punishment after all)  ✓

Place boy on treadmill ✓

Tie rope from tied balls to front of treadmill with a little slack (with safety clip in place, just in case…safety first!)  ✓

Turn on TV mounted on wall in front of boy, and remove blindfold ✓

Me:  “Do you remember when you were being very lazy and unmotivated a few days ago, boy?”

Boy:  “Yes Sir.”

Me:  “That’s ok boy, everyone has days like that.  It’s my job to make sure you make up for it.  So here’s what we’re going to do.  You’re going to play a fun game…Hangman!  You’ve played Hangman before, right boy?”

Boy:  “Yes Sir.”

Me:  “I’ll bet you’ve never played it like this.  I’m going to turn the treadmill on at a fairly slow speed to start.  Then, every 3 minutes, I’ll allow you to guess one letter.  If the letter is in the phrase, it will go up on the screen in front of you, then you’ll get another guess 3 minutes later.  If you guess wrong, I will increase the treadmill speed and/or incline, then you still have to wait 3 more minutes for your next guess.  I suggest you keep up.  Your balls will like you better if you do.  Oh, and I put something in your shoes to make this a bit more challenging.  Understood?”

Boy:  “Yes Sir.”

I started the treadmill at a nice, slow 1 mph pace, and the game began.  He was actually doing pretty well at not guessing incorrectly, so he didn’t get the speed or incline increased for that reason.  However, boy was a bit of a smartass at times, showing me how he could put his feet on the edges of the treadmill and not have to work to keep up.  I fixed that pretty quickly by connecting the ankle cuffs together with some slack, but not enough slack to allow the boy to get his feet off of the treadmill.  This also meant he had to take more steps, faster, since his stride was now shortened quite a bit.  It also meant he’d have to take many more steps with the uncooked rice in his shoes, kind of like walking on little pebbles. That’s what you get for being a smartass, boy.  Maybe he was testing me to see if I could toughen things up for him a bit?  In any case, he found out.

Then I started increasing the speed and incline little by little.  I said I would do that if he guessed wrong.  I didn’t say that I wouldn’t increase them if he didn’t guess wrong.  <grin>

I was thinking 2 mph was a bit slow but then realized his ankles are quite close together so that would have been tiring as you said. The addition of the cock rings would have made as great a work out for the lower body as much as the tread mill did. Bet the risotto had a tang that evening :)

Haha. Yep, ankles cuffed together probably made 2 mph seem more like 3-4 mph. There's more than one way to make a sub work harder...turn the speed of the treadmill up, or just slow the sub down via other methods. ;-)
