Or, if you're on a tight budget, you can use these parts instead:
If you’ve used a humbler on your sub before, you probably know how ineffective they can be. They’re designed to keep a sub on the floor, preventing him from standing up since that would stretch his balls farther back then he can tolerate. But they twist and go from horizonal behind a sub’s thighs to vertical in no time. Then the sub can stand up easily, rendering the humbler useless.
If you’re a sub and have had your balls locked in a humbler before, you may recall your balls being twisted painfully when this happened. Also not good.
I used to try to rig things using a rope from the humbler looped around the front of the sub’s thighs, and you can see that it still twisted a bit. It looked something like this (but it was a pain in the ass to tie):
As always, make sure bdsm/kink play is safe, sane, and consensual. Never leave your sub alone during bdsm play. Prepare everything needed before restraining your sub so there’s no need to step away until after you’ve released him. When using rope or any tightly fitting cuffs, always periodically feel your sub’s hands/feet/balls (whatever is tied) to ensure they aren’t cold. Cold is a sign of circulation loss which needs to be addressed immediately by removing the restraints in that area before your sub gets hurt.
Specific to this tutorial, be careful with your sub’s balls! Humblers aren’t always easy to lock on your sub, and you’ll want to be extra careful to make sure you don’t pinch his balls when you’re working them into the groove in your humbler. Sure, being careful takes longer to get it on. But being careless could pinch your sub’s balls bad enough that your session will be over before it starts. Take the extra few minutes to do things right, and your play session can last much longer.
Open your humbler and check out the inside. The Deluxe Humbler in the first parts list above has a few things you need to know about so you don’t accidentally drill into them. Choose an ideal spot for your eyehooks and mark one spot on either end of the humbler. You’ll probably want the eyehooks to stick out of the back of the humbler, on the bottom piece when you have it locked on your sub. (Basically, the side closest to his feet when it’s locked on.)
Put some safety glasses on just in case of any flying sawdust. Using a 5/32 inch drill bit (or similar size, based on the size of your eyehooks), drill a pilot hole where you marked on one end. Be sure to drill straight in, and not too deep (about as deep as the threaded part of your eyehooks should do it).
Screw one of your eyehooks into the pilot hole that you just drilled.
Repeat the last two steps on the other end of the humbler.
When you’re done, your humbler should look similar to this:
Now have your sub get on his hands and knees on the floor, then lock the humbler on his balls just behind his thighs.
Cuff (or tie) your sub’s ankles. Take your chain (or another length of rope) and run one short length from the left eyehook to his left tied ankle, and the same with the right. Or, you can take one longer length of chain or rope and run it from the left eyehook, to the left ankle cuff, to the right ankle cuff, back up to the right eyehook. Adjust slack as desired. That should look something like this:
This setup will not only attach his ankles to his balls, but he won’t even be able to spread his legs apart much.
To restrict your sub’s movement even further, remove the rope/chain and use some shorter clips from each eyehook to each ankle cuff.
Or even shorter clips to make sure he can’t easily put his feet on the floor.
Still too much wiggle room? Try using padlocks instead. My sub didn’t last long once I got him locked like this.
At least not until he realized he could sit back like this. But that meant he wasn’t going anywhere.
He tried to sit up a bit. This is how that worked out for him. ;)
And when he tried to move around on the floor, well, that didn’t work out so well for him either.
